Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping within the EU only. The ordered items will be packed by us in Germany and sent as fast as possible to your delivery address via DHL.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU
For customers outside the EU, additional delivery charges will apply. We will inform you of the applicable delivery rates which will be added to the sum of your order. Please note that we ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Viktoria Lorenz, and thus cannot be refunded.

DELIVERY
It will take up to 3 weeks to process your order: It will not be sent on the same day that you place the order. Made on demand items take up to 3 weeks until they are being shipped to their final destination.
Payment must be made in advance with the available payment options before we send the parcel. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information and approximate date of arrival once the package has been sent.
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, Viktoria Lorenz is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages as well as delays caused by the courier.
DELAYS
All ordered items will be sent to you in one package, so if there is a delay due to inventory, the delivery time might vary. If that is the case, you will be informed about this in an email. Please note that Viktoria Lorenz has no influence on delays caused by the shipping service chosen.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. Therefore, please review all information carefully before submitting your order. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address on the recipient’s part, the recipient will be charged for the additional shipping costs.
